Federal Election official asks about cancelling elections in event of terror attack

Jon has a post from the AP about a Bush-appointed Federal elections official raising the issue of what to do in case of a terror attack prior to the election. Cancelling the election is one option he mentions.

I'd like to see someone publish a Martial Law Voters Guide...this is really the last defense of the Bush clan.
