One more reason to treat your employees respectfully

You never know when one of them is going to have a highly ranked blog. Of course, Idealog thinks it's always a good idea to treat your employees in an open, respectful, fair and honest manner. Someday, when I get the time, I'll write more about what happened at Tides & Groundspring as I think it will be helpful for the nonprofit technology community as well as its funders.
