Facebook to publicize your application's Spamminess rating

The Facebook developer feed reports: "Starting tomorrow, you'll be able to go to the My Applications page and if you've been using notifications with your application, you'll see a "spamminess" score which will give you an idea of how close your application is to being blocked."

So, Facebook won't tell you what they want you to do or set documented limits on their APIs but they'll be glad to tell how close you are to having your account disabled. It seems a bit backwards to me.
