Microsoft Tax Dodge Website: Making the most from TypePad

Without any programming, I created the Microsoft Tax Dodge website in a day to provide background info on Microsoft's $1 billion tax dodge in Washington State.

I used TypePad - a service I pay $11/month for. TypePad also powers Idealog. While there are a number of amazing open source CMS' out there, today's blogging services are becoming increasingly powerful. I thought this was an example worth sharing about making the most of one of them.

TypePad allows you to create Pages, facilitating some basic CMS capabilities. It also provides integration with a number of common widgets e.g. Twitter. I've also included a fanbox from a Facebook page. Facebook fan membership and Twitter follows meet my basic needs for communicating with fans/followers...so I can get by without a full user registration system and database.

Microsoft Tax Dodge was good enough to start getting some media coverage as well:
